This project is purely an important, visualized memorial of the overwhelming impact of the AIDS/HIV epidemic that are represented collectively as quilts.
Awareness
These quilts are meant to be taken seriously and reminded as an important impact that have took the lives of over 48,000 individuals. As these quilts were created they were also meant to spread awareness to those that might not be alert or had no knowledge of the distressing effects of the AIDS/HIV pandemic
Support
These quilts represent a deep foundation of love and support for the victims that have passed.These quilts were created by the loved ones of the victims; Friends, family members, and lovers.

The NAMES Project: Art, Humanities, Culture, History and Life
The creation of my website is supposed to primarily represent many elements of humanities, such as different cultures and human interactions in which intertwine with my main upcoming research and work on the The NAMES Project.
The Names Project is the foundation of numerous quilts that represent well over 48,000 individuals that have passed due to the AIDS/HIV pandemic.
